What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept EFT, Credit / Debit cards, and cash on collection.
Please note that EFT Payments will require up to 36 hours to clear in our account before we can ship your order.
Please note as well that we don't accept ATM or over-the-counter deposits from the bank.
Please note one last time that we don't accept cheques at all.
Once you've placed your order online the system will give you the different payment options available. Simply select the one that suits you best and we are good to go to shipping your order!
What shipping methods are avaiable?
You have two awesome shipping methods to choose from. The first one is the one we like the most, collect in-store! We love to meet all our customers in person. We also understand that this isn't always possible so we do offer a super reliable courier service to get your shipments to you on time, every time!
What does shipping cost?
We operate on a flat fee nationwide of only R75! But hang on, we also offer shipping completely FREE of charge on all orders over a certain amount. Would be tricky to tell you on this page exactly what that amount is as it changes from time to time when we run promotions. You will know exactly what the amount is, it will always be listed on the home page! Please take note that the FREE shipping is not available at the moment.
How long does it take before I get my package?
We do have a cut-off time for orders every day. Take a look at the table below to see when you can expect your shipment.
Monday to Friday - Orders placed before 14:30 will ship out on the same day you place your order for OVERNIGHT delivery to all major cities in South Africa
Monday to Friday - Orders placed after 14:30 will ship out the next day for OVERNIGHT delivery to all major cities in South Africa
Weekends and Public Holidays - Orders placed on these days will ship out for OVERNIGHT delivery to all major cities in South Africa the following working day.
Please note that outlying areas aren't serviced by our couriers on a daily basis and you may experience a short delay in receiving your orders. Please note that our couriers don't deliver to rural areas or farms. If you do place and order please have it delivered to your nearest town or city.
Do you ship to my country?
We can only ship to South African destinations at the moment.
Tracking of shipments and delays
Things like shipment delays are unfortunately a reality. We will always try our best to get your order to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Tracking numbers will be sent to you withing 8 to 12 hours from collection of your shipment by our couriers.
I received the wrong item!
We are only human and sometimes we do get it wrong. If you feel like you received the wrong item please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call and we will get the process started to make sure you get exactly what you wanted in the first place.
Quick not on the wrong items. Please don't open or use it. We can unfortunately not accept returns that have been used or opened. We will send a courier to collect the incorrect item once we've confirmed it. Your correct item will be dispatched as soon as the item gets back to us.
Unhappy with a purchase or changed your mind?
Yup, things break, we get it and we hate it too. So what to do?
Most products are covered by a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month manufacturer warranty. Should your device be faulty please get in touch with us on email@example.com. We will then arrange with you to return the device to us for testing. After testing a fault report is submitted to the manufacturers for further feedback. Devices are either repaired or replaced under warranty.
Once a warranty replacement is approved we will notify you and arrange to have the device get back to you.
